I started my massage therapy journey in October 2019. During those six months I learned a vast amount about massage therapy, the body, and the effects massage can have on the body. My first job as a LMT was in a Physical Rehabilitation center where I was up close and personal with pain. My second job was in a beautiful spa, where I was still able to offer therapeutic work with a relaxing atmosphere. This allowed me to blend my techniques into what they are today. I have had severe injuries before which have given me a different understanding of pain and how debilitating it can be. With this knowledge I focus on client comfort and assisting the body on its healing journey. Outside of massage therapy, I am a mother to 1 incredible kid, 3 cats and a dog. I enjoy reading, gaming, traveling, learning, and spending time with my beautiful family.
